I love cabbage rolls but rarely make the time to make them. I’ll post a recipe for those another time.
As part of eating better, I gave brussel sprouts another try. I never liked them until I made them like this
Wash them and cut each in half (top-to-bottom)
Mix in a bowl with 1 Tablespoon olive oil and a little salt
Place on baking sheet, cut side down
Bake at 400 F until you see some brown or even black appear on some of them.
A healthy and tasty snack or side dish.
