Whey, actually. Last year when I made gjetost, I failed to stir it enough at one point during the hours the pot spends on the burner. It exploded up (as in super-heated liquid coming out of a deep pot) and some even got on the ceiling. That would have made a fun picture.
Fortunately I wasn’t in the kitchen at the time!
But my next post will include some pics – I baked sprouts last night.
