Make Ahead Oatmeal – made last night. Pictured with slivered almonds and three fruits instead of pomegranate. Also very good with dried chart cherries, to counterbalance the sweetness of the shredded apple.
Heated together, the frozen fruit on top surprisingly didn’t heat as quickly as the rest. I liked it that way, with cool fruit and warm oatmeal.
Also used (cow) milk instead of almond milk. Think I’ll try unsweetened low-fat coconut milk next time. Definitely going to be making this again.
